DOE Shift:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Atlas Staffing is hiring Surface Prep Technicians for a growing production facility in Boise. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady, full-time work in a hands-on manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Use hand tools to prepare and finish machined parts Deburr and sand components to meet specifications Clean and prep parts for the next stage of production Follow work instructions and blueprints Keep work area clean and organized Support general production duties as needed What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable following detailed instructions and blueprints Strong attention to detail Manufacturing or production experience is highly preferred Experience with hand tools or sanding equipment preferred Physical Requirements Lift up to 35 lbs regularly Stand and walk for most of the shift Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach Good vision and attention to detail Why Choose Atlas Staffing Atlas Staffing is an employment agency that offers great benefits for our temporary and temp-to-hire staffing associates.
