Friday Wage:

$20.00/hr. What You'll Do Annealing oven set up/function Wash bay functions Material Handling transport Quality inspection details (measure/photos)

Preferred Skills:

Production or manufacturing experience Hand tool or sanding experience ERP software experience

Expectations:

Basic math and measurement skills required Able to lift up to 35 lbs. Able to walk and stand most of the shift Able to fully reach with hands and arms; stoop, twist, kneel, and crouch Specific vision capabilities to include close-up, distance, color recognition, peripheral vision and able to adjust focus and have depth perception Use hand tools to prepare and finish machined parts Deburr and sand components to meet specifications Clean and prep parts for the next stage of production Follow work instructions and blueprints Keep work area clean and organized Support general production duties as needed What We're Looking For Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable following detailed instructions and blueprints Strong attention to detail Manufacturing or production experience is a plus Experience with hand tools or sanding equipment preferred Physical Requirements Lift up to 35 lbs regularly Stand and walk for most of the shift Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and reach Good vision and attention to detail #INDBOI
