Job Description

OVERVIEW
At Tenicor , we build purpose-driven equipment for professionals who depend on reliability. Quality and precision aren't optional - they're the standard. We're looking for Production Technicians who take pride in craftsmanship, follow disciplined systems, and show up ready to contribute every day. Our shop runs on Theory of Constraints and Kanban . That means we focus on flow, eliminate bottlenecks, and make work visible. As a Production Technician, your job is simple and critical: execute standardized work with consistency, protect quality, and help the entire system flow smoothly. If you like working with your hands, staying focused, and being part of a team that values ownership and accountability, you'll fit right in.
DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do Operate production machinery and equipment while adhering to standardized work procedures. Execute processes consistently to meet quality and throughput expectations across the production line. Follow standardized work and Kanban signals to maintain smooth, predictable production flow and prevent bottlenecks. Own the quality of your work - identify issues early and fix problems at the source. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Support teammates and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You'll Succeed if you are: Detail-oriented and dependable. Comfortable learning and following structured processes. Able to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced production environment. A team player who communicates clearly and is accountable. Humble, coachable, and willing to admit and correct mistakes. Manufacturing or CNC experience is a plus but not required. What Success Looks Like Consistent output that meets quality and quantity standards. Work completed accurately with minimal rework or waste. A steady, reliable contributor who helps the line flow and supports the team. Time and Pay Must be at least 18 years old. Starting at $20/hour. Full-time, weekday schedule (8:00am-4:30pm).
