Full Job Description Description:
Responsibilities Operate and monitor an automated pallet sorting system Inspect plastic pallets and cardboard slip sheets for quality and usability Remove damaged or rejected materials from the line Manually restack, straighten, repair, or discard rejected materials as needed Ensure properly sorted and stacked materials are ready for robotic production use Perform light mechanical troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments Clear jams and resolve routine operational issues Maintain safe work practices at all times Keep the work area clean and organized Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and leadership as needed
Requirements:
Requirements Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and manual material handling Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Commitment to workplace safety
