Packaging line Operator

Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly Safely handle materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Inspect finished products for quality compliance and proper packaging standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Assist with inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains Requirements Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, especially in packaging environments Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, and hand tools is highly desirable Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and quality checks Mechanical knowledge or machining experience is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times Knowledge of CGMP standards ensures compliance with industry regulations Strong work ethic with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods Join us as a Packaging Line Operator and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence!
