Responsibilities Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on manufacturing equipment. Perform equipment changeovers and setups to support production demands. Actively participate in training programs to enhance skills and obtain relevant certifications. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Identify and implement improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining manufacturing equipment (engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, etc.). Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents (manuals, blueprints, schematics). Demonstrated ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Skills Experience with injection molding equipment. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Certification in a relevant maintenance field. Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
