This vital role involves being hands-on and taking ownership of one production line. You will be operating on the line and supporting the assembly, packaging, and overall operation of production lines to ensure efficient and high-quality output. As a Production Line Tech, you will play a key part in maintaining smooth workflow, adhering to safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. PM Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience. This is a compensation range. it is not common for an individual to start off at the end of the range. Responsibilities Operating Production Line and working alongside the Line Lead. Assist in setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment using hand tools and machining techniques Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move raw materials, components, and finished products within the warehouse or production area Support packaging operations by preparing products for shipment according to specifications and quality standards Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential issues Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including logs for inventory, quality checks, and equipment maintenance Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical problems using basic math skills and mechanical knowledge Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment adjustments and troubleshooting Experience with packaging processes within a manufacturing or warehouse setting Familiarity with machining tools, hand tools, and basic maintenance procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements, inventory counts, and process adjustments Warehouse experience is highly desirable for understanding flow and storage logistics Knowledge of CGMP standards ensures adherence to industry quality requirements Join our team as a Production Line Tech and be part of a vibrant manufacturing environment where your skills help drive excellence!
