Production Lab Technician

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our client's team. This role is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. We're seeking someone with the right skills and experience to contribute to our production goals. Must-Haves At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience (new graduates with related degrees are also encouraged to apply). Prior experience in sterile cleanroom environments (aseptic). Familiarity with cGMP-regulated production environments and ISO regulatory processes. Proven ability to adhere to batch records and SOPs. A curious, hands-on approach and a strong desire to learn. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. A commitment to following detailed instructions and maintaining strict quality standards. Fundamental computer skills for documentation and electronic record keeping. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Comfort working within controlled settings, such as cleanrooms and biosafety areas. Nice to Have Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Experience in biopharma, animal health, or tissue processing industries. Physical Requirements Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long durations. Prepared to work in cleanroom environments, adhering to gowning protocols and aseptic practices. Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as required by production demands.
