What you'll do You'll be responsible for running and maintaining the anodizing line to ensure parts meet quality, safety, and delivery expectations. Start up and shut down the anodizing line Load programs and enter part numbers into the system Inspect racked parts before processing (setup, placement, paperwork) Monitor line performance (temps, voltage, tank levels, timing) Perform in-process checks (coating thickness, color verification) Make chemical and water additions as needed Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues Perform routine maintenance (cleaning tanks, sensors, filters) Document work using Global Shop (electronic logs/work orders) Follow all safety, quality, and PPE requirements Education & Experience Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to follow processes and pay attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to read and communicate in English (safety + training) Able to stand for full shift and lift metal parts as needed Reliable attendance and transportation Benefits Multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options with employer contributions Voluntary benefits: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, legal insurance, identity theft protection Company-paid and voluntary life insurance Short- and long-term disability Fitness reimbursements and wellness programs 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Pet insurance options Pay Range A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range for this role is $20 - $22 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
