Job Description

Schedule:
1st Shift 7am-3:30 pm 2nd Shift is 3:30-12:00 am
Job Summary:
Assist and/or operate any robotic or resistance/spot welder cell.
Responsibilities:
Product quality parts and verify by checking parts against approved 1st piece samples and/or quality gages provided Utilize PLEX system to log in and out and accurately record Production, Scrap, and work center status Perform operator checks per instructions, minimum hourly Keep work area neat and clean Perform additional tasks as needed Use only safe work practices, wear all required PPE on the job Report unsafe working conditions to direct supervisor/manager Demonstrate awareness to
ISO 9001/14001, IATF 16949
Observe and obey company policies, including but not limited to: General ODM Rules, Safety Rules, Code of Conduct / Anti-Bribery / Ethics Escalation Observe proprietary rights of ODM and its customer and suppliers at all times Storm Water Pollution and Prevention Team - 1st and 2nd shift when applicable
Qualifications:
Strong oral and communication skills Attentive to detail Basic math Takes direction well Minimum 1 year experience manufacturing within automotive industry Strong oral and written communication skills Bilingual preferred Undergo safety training as required #HSM125
Pay:
$16.50 - $25.00 per hour
