InstruCon, Inc. - Sensors Division Position Summary We are hiring a Production Technician to assemble, test, and manufacture thermocouple and RTD sensors in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble thermocouples and RTDs per work instructions Operate production machinery and welding equipment Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications [1] Start and monitor production equipment during shifts [2] Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support calibration, packaging, and order fulfillment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years in manufacturing or production preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow procedures and meet production targets Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + overtime Health, dental, vision 401(k) with company match In-house Training Why Join Us?
