Resume, Interview, BG, DT, E-Verify. Will also need to complete a 30 min on-site soldering skills demonstration. Position Summary The Soldering Operator/Touch up is responsible for visually inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and performing manual touch-up or repair of soldering defects to ensure product quality and reliability. Duties and Responsibilities Inspect PCBAs for soldering defects and perform manual repairs as needed Install and hand solder through-hole and/or SMT components when required Follow detailed written work instructions accurately Record data, results, and observations in required documentation or systems Adhere to all safety, quality, and ESD procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with manufacturing standards Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic computer skills to access work instructions Ability to inspect and hand solder using a magnifier or microscope Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Prior experience soldering through-hole and SMT components and connectors onto PCBs Working knowledge of

standards Experience in an

ISO 9001
