Type:
full-time Aegis is seeking a Production Technician to join our clients organization. This position is a 6 month contract to hire position. Aegis offers benefits for the contractors and accrued PTO. The ideal candidate has the following skills and experience: Must have: 1+ years of relevant experience within manufacturing (open to new grads with related degree as well) Experience working in sterile clean rooms (aseptic) Experience in a cGMP-regulated production environment & ISO regulatory processes (food for example I would take a shot on) Experience following batch records and SOPS Curious, hands on and eager to learn attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills - attention to detail Willingness to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and uphold strict quality standards. Basic computer skills for documentation and electronic record entry. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable working in controlled environments, including cleanrooms and biosafety zones.
Nice to have:
Associate or bachelor's Degree Experience in biopharma, animal health, or tissue processing
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work in cleanroom-gowning environments and follow aseptic practices. May require evening or weekend shifts depending on production schedules.
