We are bringing in state-of-the-art technology and need a hands-on, mechanically savvy leader to run the floor, learn the machines, and build out a great team. If you are the kind of person who goes home and wrenches on your own car just for fun, and you love figuring out how things work, this is the role for you. You won't just be pushing buttons; you will be mastering lasers, 3D printers, milling machines, and mold-making processes. You will help us install new tech, work directly with equipment manufacturers to optimize efficiency, and train others to do the same.
What You'll Be Doing Mastering Equipment:
Operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing machinery, including lasers, 3D printers, and milling machines.
Manufacturing:

Continuous Improvement:
Working directly with equipment manufacturers to make our machines run faster, better, and more efficiently. The Right Person for the
Job Mechanically Savvy:
You have a mechanic's mindset. You like to get your hands dirty, figure out how complex things operate, and fix them when they break. "Tech-Plus": You are highly comfortable with modern technology, software, and advanced equipment.

You take full responsibility for your department. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a problem and solve it. Eager to

Technology:
If learning a new software interface or figuring out a brand-new piece of equipment sounds stressful, this isn't for you.
Lacks Ownership:
If "that's not my job" is in your vocabulary, you won't fit our culture.
Stagnant:
We need someone who thrives on variety. If you want to sit at the exact same machine, doing the exact same thing every single day without cross-training, this role is not a match. Note to Staffing Agency We are looking for an up-and-coming talent who is ready to step into a leadership role. Prior management experience is a plus, but a deep desire to learn, an obsession with mechanical/technical problem-solving, and a track record of reliability are mandatory.
