(EM&S) in Garrett Indiana is a local family-owned company and has set the pace as a leader in manufacturing high-quality Unit Bearing Fan Motors for a variety of commercial and residential refrigeration applications. We are looking to fill a position in our Winding Department. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. What will I be doing as a winder?- Operate our automatic and manual winders; managing multiple machines at once.
- Ensure all quality standards are met as required by our ISO specifications.
- Assist other operation team members with production duties as needed.

- You must be able to bend down, reach overhead, occasionally lift/carry up to 30lbs and push/pull pallet jacks, regularly work on repetitive tasks, regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, good vision, regularly carry/lift 10 lbs. or less, (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.)
