Job Description
Service Technician - Manufacturing Maintenance We are looking for a hands-on Service Technician with experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or a similar mechanical field. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working with machinery, and completing repairs rather than doing the same task every day. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs and preventative maintenance, and helping keep machinery and equipment operating properly. Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections Diagnose breakdowns and complete necessary repairs Work with motors, bearings, belts, conveyors, and other mechanical components Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Assist with equipment installation, adjustments, and repairs Respond to service and maintenance needs as they arise Document completed repairs and maintenance work Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, equipment service, or mechanical repair preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge Comfortable working with hand and power tools Ability to identify problems and determine the appropriate repair Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Dependable with good attendance and a strong work ethic If you enjoy figuring out why equipment isn't working and getting it back up and running, we want to hear from you.
