Full-Time Indianapolis, IN, 46250, United States Description What You'll Do Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Perform advanced production processes including assembly, testing, and product inspection Operate specialized equipment such as sonic welders and kit machines Ensure products meet strict quality standards through detailed inspection and testing Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workstations Follow all safety, PPE, and manufacturing procedures Identify and escalate equipment or production issues quickly Support production goals by working efficiently and accurately Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations Participate in ongoing training and skill development
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred:
2+ years of manufacturing or production experience Experience operating and troubleshooting production equipment Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments What Makes You Successful in This Role You are detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality work You are mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment You are dependable, accountable, and safety-focused You can identify problems quickly and take action or escalate appropriately You work well independently and as part of a team You bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude every day Work Environment & Schedule This role is based in a manufacturing facility and includes working with production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
