- Friday, open to 2nd Shift transitioning (12:00pm-8:30pm) Monday-Friday What you will enjoy doing
- You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to complete tasks on-time while meeting safety and quality requirements You will perform multiple tasks that will change day-to-day as new products are developed You will execute design of experiments, working with New Product Introduction engineers to develop new materials and processes You will manufacture new materials and execute new processes with limited instructions using accumulated knowledge, while maintaining a safety-first mindset Further you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies as business needs arise You will follow step by step instructions detailed by engineers in turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal instructions Additionally, you will display the ability to perform basic and accurate math for production needs using a calculator and provided spreadsheets You will perform the operation of machines, fork trucks, and/or associated equipment You will complete minor to moderate machine adjustments and maintenance repairs as needed by utilizing your mechanical skillset What makes you great A High School diploma/GED is required You will have 3-5 years of direct working experience in a related job field (i.
