Manufacturing Line Technician Caliberr Staffing Jeffersonville, IN 47130 $21.85 - $26.40 an hour - Full-time $21.85 - $26.40 an hour - Full-time About the Role As a Manufacturing Line Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-efficiency production standards by overseeing automated equipment and ensuring seamless line flow. You will be responsible for optimizing machine performance and upholding rigorous quality benchmarks to deliver superior products to our customers. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end operation of production lines, including startup, monitoring, and shutdown of automated machinery such as packers and sealers. Execute minor equipment adjustments and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Maintain precise documentation, including quality inspection logs, machine reports, and downtime tracking. Proactively monitor the production environment to identify and mitigate safety risks, adhering to all established protocols. Ensure a continuous supply of raw materials and packaging components to maintain uninterrupted equipment operation. Perform routine housekeeping and material reclamation tasks to keep the production floor organized and efficient. Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve complex technical issues and support cross-functional production goals. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven ability to operate and monitor multiple automated manufacturing machines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate production records. Commitment to safety standards and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment. Preferred Skills Associate's Degree in a technical or related field. 4+ years of experience in high-volume production operations. Demonstrated experience in a leadership or project coordination capacity. Familiarity with MES or similar production management software systems.
