Total Seed Production is seeking an individual to join our team as a Conditioning/Treating Technician. As a part of our team, this individual would be responsible for the safe operation of our treating and conditioning equipment and is expected to perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed. Conditioning and/or Treating experience preferred but not required for this position.

Basic Duties Include:

Operate and maintain seed treating equipment including drum style treaters, pumps, conveyors Operate and maintain seed conditioning equipment including screen cleaners, sizers, color sorters, gravity tables, legs, etc. Accurately mix seed treatment for seed application Review treatment applications to ensure customer requirements are met Perform and understand treatment application equipment calibrations Follow all ISO processes and procedures and evaluate their effectiveness to help push for continual improvement Take immediate corrective action for any product not meeting TSP and/or Customer quality standards Maintain treatment product inventory Monitor seed throughout the process to ensure it is meeting quality standards Effectively communicate with all team members to maintain operational efficiency Assist in other areas as assigned Total Seed Production offers the following benefits: Stable and Growing Organization Full-Time Employment Competitive Wages Health/Dental/Vision Insurance 401K w/match Vacation/Personal Days Flexibility and variety of jobs/tasks
