You'll be: Operating production machinery and equipment in a seed operations facility. Lifting materials (up to 60 lbs), performing box wash, and conducting general housekeeping tasks. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment while following strict safety protocols. Working in a physical role with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, pollen, and all-weather conditions. Distinguishing seed varieties by size and color and assisting in problem-solving as needed. Collaborating with your team to ensure efficient and quality-driven operations. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Can speak, read, and comprehend English and follow written and verbal instructions. Are able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a physical, fast-paced environment. Are comfortable working in conditions that may include heat, cold, dust, pollen, insects, and all-weather elements. Have previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting (preferred, not required). Have forklift experience (a plus). Are detail-oriented and able to distinguish seed varieties by size and color. Are available for flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime, and can work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
