Shift Location:
Arkansas City, KS About the Role The Quality Control In-Line Technician plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment. This position monitors production processes, performs inspections, and documents results to maintain KanPak's high standards for beverage and food products. What You'll Do + Conduct in-line product evaluations, includingphysical, chemical, and sensory testing + Inspect packaging integrity through visual checks and tear-down analysis + Verify correct labeling and packaging formats + Monitor, record, and verify processing parameters + Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards + Maintain accurate documentation and quality records + Partner with production teams to resolve quality issues + Follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory procedures What You'll Need + High School Diploma or GED required + 2-3 years of related experience preferred + 6-12 months of food manufacturing experience preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work effectively in a team environment + Effective communication skills + Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting + Reliability, accountability, and integrity
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods + Frequent reaching, handling, and manual inspection work + Occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching + Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision The Schedule & Setting +
Shift:
3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) +
Hours:
40+ hours per week; 5-6 days per week +
Environment:
