Responsibilities Support diverse production departments by executing tasks related to metal casting, melting, and material handling. Prepare molds and equipment to ensure high-quality output and operational readiness. Maintain facility cleanliness and organization to uphold strict safety and efficiency standards. Develop proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to monitor and improve production quality. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals. Adapt to changing production needs by rotating through various stations as required. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn technical processes. Physical capability to perform manual labor, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
