Job Description

Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team at Bimini Pet Health as a Production Technician and become a vital contributor to our innovative production processes! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing cycle. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us maintain efficient workflows, uphold safety protocols, and deliver top-quality products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment committed to continuous improvement and excellence. Duties Accurately and effectively operates ingredient blending, extrusion, filling, packing and other production related equipment on a daily basis and as needed. Performs equipment sanitization and equipment cleaning operations on a daily basis, and facility cleaning operations periodically or as requested by management. Helps train new employees on all equipment to ensure proper and efficient use. Operates label applicator and readies the appropriate packaging for filling applications. Organizes raw materials and packaging and maintains a clean warehouse. Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, adhering to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Assist with materials handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse or production area. Support packaging processes to prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are maintained. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to promote a safe and efficient environment. Rigorously adheres to Bimini LLC's food safety policies. Effectively communicates and works with others to achieve goals and initiatives. Protects Bimini's value by keeping information confidential. Performs other work-related duties as the need arises. Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse operations is highly desirable Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement practices Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus Experience working in environments that follow CGMP standards or similar regulatory frameworks Basic laboratory experience or understanding of quality control procedures preferred Strong materials handling skills and familiarity with machining processes are advantageous Excellent attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team environment Join us as a Production Technician and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to producing high-quality products through innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement!
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
