Job Summary Join our innovative manufacturing team as an Automated Heatsink Line Operator! In this dynamic role, you will oversee the operation of automated machinery dedicated to heatsink production, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards. Your proactive approach will help maintain a smooth, efficient manufacturing process while upholding safety protocols and quality inspection procedures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to the creation of high-quality electronic components. Duties Operate automated heatsink manufacturing equipment, ensuring proper setup and ongoing operation according to standard operating procedures. Conduct routine quality inspections using measuring instruments and visual color comparison techniques to verify product specifications meet quality standards. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform basic maintenance or escalate as needed to minimize downtime. Interpret production documents, technical drawings, and manufacturing instructions to ensure accurate material handling and process execution. Handle materials safely using appropriate handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, ensuring proper storage and transportation within the production area. Perform quality checks during production runs, including visual inspection and measurement verification, maintaining compliance with safety standards in production. Document production data accurately through data entry systems, recording machine performance metrics, inspection results, and material usage for traceability and continuous improvement. Qualifications Prior experience operating textile machinery or similar automated manufacturing equipment preferred. Familiarity with quality inspection techniques, including measuring instruments and visual color comparison. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data entry tasks. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocol procedures. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely. Experience with lean manufacturing principles or warehouse operations is a plus. Good communication skills for interpreting manufacturing documents and collaborating with team members. Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
