The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes. Perform production/restoration processes as directed. Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance. Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times. Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned. Develop restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment. Other tasks/duties as required by employer.Requirements:
Strong work ethic with a foundation in customer service Experience in cleaning, restoration or construction industry preferred IICRC certifications preferred High School Diploma Valid Driver's License Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawNormal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday
- Friday, 40 hours per week.
