This role is centered around creating paw print memorials, maintaining accurate identification throughout production processes, packaging memorial items, and assisting with evening workflow and operational support. A smaller portion of the role involves assisting with crematory operations and machine management. We are looking for someone who is reliable, focused, and comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive work with a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities Create clay and ink paw print memorials Maintain strict identification accuracy throughout all stages of production Package cremains, urns, paw prints, and keepsake items Assist with evening production workflow and organization Grind and process cremated remains Assist with loading/unloading cremation chambers as needed Monitor cremation equipment during evening operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Restock packaging and operational supplies Assist with end-of-day closing procedures
