10:00 PM-6:00
AM Hourly Rate:
$24.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate and support blending equipment to help manufacture food products at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while collaborating with your team to meet daily operational goals. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Load and feed raw ingredients, including 50-pound bags and boxes, into blending equipment in accordance with established recipes and production schedules Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to maintain optimal performance and product quality Perform sanitation and preventive maintenance tasks on blending equipment and work areas Use a forklift to stage raw materials and support production flow Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, food safety standards, and personal protective equipment requirements Identify and escalate food safety or operational risks to leadership Maintain accurate documentation and communicate production updates with team members and leadership Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED 1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment Understanding of basic machine operations and settings Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety standards preferred Capability to lift, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules as needed Physical Requirements More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
