Metal-Based Laminates Pay:

After a quick equipment check, you bring the laminating and slitting lines up to speed, verifying yardage, cut widths, and material weights match spec. You stage rolls with a forklift, swap adhesive drums, and execute roll splices per SOPs to minimize downtime. Throughout the day you log production orders and raw material usage, run lab checks, and flag defects to protect quality. When the line pauses, you tidy work areas to GMP standards, sweep, organize tools, and remove packaging waste. Before handoff, you brief the next operator so the transition is seamless. Reach, perform repetitive motions, and coordinate frequent use of hands/feet Frequent head/neck rotation and upper-body twisting Visual acuity to read gauges, documentation, and inspect products Work safely in high-heat areas (90-110°F) for extended periods Wear required
