Our dedicated team of approximately 435 employees works within a state-of-the-art facility committed to excellence. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Team Leader for our first shift (7:00 am - 3:00 pm) to guide and motivate our manufacturing team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations on the production floor, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a Team Leader, you will oversee assembly line activities, manage team performance, and uphold manufacturing excellence. Duties Operate and/or run any assigned job and perform all necessary work related duties. Perform any process per instructions, to insure quality parts are produced and packaged. Interface with Section Leader and QA Technicians on inspection requirements and acceptability of the product Assemble, supply, and remove packaging from each machine in assigned cell and/or area. Package components according to procedure and requirements. Relieve operators for scheduled break and meal periods Perform "on-the-job" training of production operators. Maintain a neat and orderly flow of products and work area. To properly use and maintain all safety apparel and equipment, when and where necessary. Perform other duties as directed by Management. Skills Must be able to read and understand written and/or verbal instructions Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to visually judge product defects against aesthetic standards and visually detect color variation. Must be a team player. Lead by example in all aspects of safety, production and work area performance. Must be able to pass drug screen.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
