Job Description
Position Summary This position executes harvest, drying, bucking, and trimming work. It is a more experienced candidate than the Tier I Production Technician. The largest single team in the facility. Sized to process one room per week at ~200 lb dry equivalent, with up to 30% diverted to fresh frozen. Key Responsibilities Cut down, hang, or process plants for fresh frozen as assigned Buck dried flower from stems efficiently and without damage Operate machine trimmers and/or hand-trim flower to grading standard Weigh and label all batches accurately; record in tracking system as directed Sort flower into A-bud, B-bud, smalls, and trim/shake categories Bag, weigh, and freeze fresh frozen material within required time window Sanitize tools, surfaces, and trim machines between batches Maintain a clean and organized production area Required Qualifications Reliable attendance Must pass Kentucky cannabis agent background check Prior cannabis trim, buck, or harvest experience Experience operating machine trimmers Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Sit or stand 8+ hours with repetitive hand motion Lift up to 50 lb Cold environment exposure during fresh frozen work Strong cannabis aroma throughout shift ICCf4ER21u
