Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Responsibilities Operate milling machines, presses, and other production equipment to manufacture components according to specifications. Utilize tools such as micrometers and calipers to measure and verify dimensions of finished products. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and tooling instructions to ensure accurate production processes. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during production. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to maintain workflow and meet production goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in operating milling machines, presses, and other relevant machinery. Familiarity with Fanuc controls and SolidWorks is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience in blueprint reading and CAD software is highly desirable. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability for tasks.
