Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Factory Worker and become a vital part of our production process! In this energetic role, you will be hands-on with quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your contribution will help drive efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing facility. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, safety, and precision are at the forefront of daily operations. Responsibilities Operate various machinery and tools safely to assemble and manufacture products according to technical specifications and process guidelines Use measuring instruments Manage manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50bs), to support production flow while adhering to safety protocols Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to uphold safety standards in production environments Assist with process improvements by following lean manufacturing principles and contributing ideas for efficiency enhancements Requirements Proven factory experience or manufacturing facility background demonstrating familiarity with assembly line operations and safety procedures Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use tools, and measuring instruments effectively Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of safety standards in production environments such as OSHA regulations or equivalent safety protocols Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to manage production or assembly teams when needed Embark on a rewarding career where your skills contribute directly to high-quality manufacturing! Pay:
$16.40 - $18.00 per hour
