Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

$18.00/hr

Walton, KY Line Captain Requirements/Qualifications Manufacturing or warehouse experience required. Previous leadership or management experience preferred. Chemical manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to accurately follow written procedures and work instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Ability to provide guidance and direction to line workers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Ability to follow cGMP and quality standards. Results-focused with a strong commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Willingness to learn and perform at a high level. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members. About the Line Captain Role As a Line Captain, your responsibilities will include: Support the manufacturing of products and ensure the production line operates efficiently. Lead and provide guidance to line workers throughout daily production. Communicate effectively with production employees and team members. Ensure team members follow established procedures and work instructions. Perform assigned production tasks safely and efficiently. Follow and reinforce cGMP and quality standards. Maintain productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift. Monitor production activities and help keep the line operating efficiently. Work independently while supporting overall team and organizational goals. Help maintain a high-quality, high-volume production environment.
