Looking for a hands-on technical role where you can put your troubleshooting and mechanical skills to work? Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Technician I and help build, test, and improve precision products used in advanced technology applications.Shifts:

$20 + 20%Shift Diff Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical assemblies. [li Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams to perform testing and inspections. Diagnose issues and perform rework or corrective actions as needed. Perform soldering and mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with specifications. Prepare technical reports and accurately document test results. Assist with the setup and operation of specialized test equipment. Support a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.Desired Background/Skills:
Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training preferred. One or more years of manufacturing, electronics, testing, or technician experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments. Experience testing electronic or mechanical systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Soldering experience preferred. Electronics experience, including the use of voltmeters and oscilloscopes, preferred.Other Information:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. [li Comfortable standing, sitting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the work Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
