Design Communications Ltd. (DCL) is a premier custom manufacturer of specialty signage, custom interiors, unique lighting solutions, themed environments, tech-integrated installations, and elaborate sculptural elements with offices in Greater Boston, New York, and Orlando. Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated Vinyl Production Technician to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do! At DCL, we value positive attitudes, quick thinking, and professionalism. This is a production focused, hands on role ideal for someone with experience applying vinyl, installing graphics, or working in sign fabrication. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to multitask effectively, maintain multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines. Regular on-time attendance is essential and the ability to work overtime occasionally is appreciated. •This is not a graphic design or computer-based position. •If the following describes you, we want to hear from you!

Related and Professional Experience:

1+ year of vinyl application, sign installation, vehicle wraps, or similar hands-on graphics work Organization and Attention to

Detail:

Ability to follow install techniques and production processes and stay organized amidst varying project demands

High Energy and Team Spirit:

Bring enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit to every task.

Mechanical Aptitude and Creativity:

Comfortable working with hands and tools for extended periods and solving complex challenges.

Physical Stamina and Strength:

Capable of lifting 100+ pounds and able to stand, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods

Flexibility:

Willingness to switch gears effectively, lend a helping hand to colleagues, and work extra hours as needed

Sense of Humor and Communication Skills:
