Job Description Job Summary:
This position will participate in the technical build, test, and processing of Teledyne FLIR Ranger high definition camera - mid range systems (HDC- MR) in support of all phases of production.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
With minimum supervision build, test, troubleshoot and provide accurate real-time status of all subassemblies. Integrate complex / difficult system level components into camera level systems. Build camera products in accordance to manufacturing work instructions, assembly/test work instructions, build travelers, configuration logs, Temporary Deviation Authorizations (TDAs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), etc. Interface with production team to maintain manufacturing quality and efficiency while actively participating in day-to-day manufacturing goals. Inspect and verify work as specified by manufacturing quality standards. May perform complex bonding and curing procedures. May operate test equipment, instrumentation and collect automated test data.Job Qualifications:
High School degree or GED required 3+ years of prior manufacturing assembly/build experience. High level of technical and mechanical aptitude and versatility; electro-mechanical-optical experience a plus. Proficiency using manufacturing test equipment. Computer skills for accessing digital work instructions, data collection, reporting and communicating. Demonstrated ability to learn on the job, think logically, make informed decisions and solve problems effectively. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Collaboration, teamwork, and ability to contribute independently. Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce. $44,500.00-$59,300.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
