Lapping Operator:
2nd Shift - 1pm-9:30pm Pay Rate of the
Lapping Operator:
$24-25/hr Responsibilities of the
Lapping Operator:
Check the tables and machines regularly to ensure optimal performance. Measure pieces before, during, and after processing to maintain quality standards. Determine the optimal run-time for each job based on specifications. Load parts and run 1-2 machines simultaneously for efficient production. Flip and rotate parts to ensure an even finish while following prescribed safety regulations. Qualifications of the
Lapping Operator:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred. Excellent hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity required. Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts. Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.
