SHIFT:
1st Shift 180 day bonus We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our 1st shift team. This full-time role involves the assembly of motors, electric machines, and various internal components—including piping, alignments, and wiring—as well as performing critical tests to ensure top-tier quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble, disassemble, and rework mechanical products and assemblies. Read and interpret standard assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specs, and running sheets of moderate to high complexity. Follow procedures to rework parts and components in line with quality standards. Perform inspections, testing, and repairs on mechanical assemblies. Work independently with minimal supervision and assist in mentoring other technicians as needed. Collaborate with team members across different stages of the manufacturing process. Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and work instructions with precision. Comply with all safety rules and company policies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and material availability. Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality output. Be available for overtime as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly skills. Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.

Pay:
$25.00 - $28.50 per hour
