Westaff is looking for a Manufacturing Technician in the Templeton, MA area for Immediate Start!

Location:

Templeton, MA Shift:

Monday•Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm•Must be able to Train on 1st shift for a week 6am-230pm

Pay Rate:

$20•22/hour depending on experience Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, presses, and hand tools. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to fabricate components to exact specifications. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as metal, plastic, and composites. Perform quality inspections to ensure all fabricated components meet company standards. Document work processes and maintain accurate production records. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fabrication, machining, or related fields preferred. Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar role. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Hands-on experience with fabrication tools, machinery, and measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed. Benefits for working with
