In this role, you will play a key part in crafting high-precision surgical instruments that directly impact patient care.

Mansfield, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $23 - 25 per hour work hours: 7 to 3 education: High School responsibilities: Perform finishing techniques, including buffing, polishing, grinding, deburring, and etching, on machined products. Load and unload medical and surgical instruments in a laser marking machining center. Utilize basic measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, scales, indicators, optical comparators, and video measurement systems. Conduct routine visual inspections to detect product defects and non-conformances against blueprints and quality specifications. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.

qualifications:

High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or equivalent. 2 to 4 years of experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers). Developed technical skills in a mechanical or manufacturing setting. Proven ability to recognize and solve routine problems in the work area skills: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
