Job Title:
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate Job Summary The Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate is responsible for supporting the production of pharmaceutical products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all processes are performed in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety guidelines, and company procedures to produce high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the production of pharmaceutical products Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records accurately Perform weighing, dispensing, mixing, granulation, and packaging activities Document all manufacturing activities in accordance with cGMP requirements Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas Identify and report deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues Assist in troubleshooting production problems and implementing corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with quality assurance and quality control teams Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a scientific field preferred Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or food manufacturing is a plus Basic understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Technical Skills Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production processes Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry Ability to work utilizing a microscope Ability to read and interpret SOPs, batch records, and technical documents Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including gowns, gloves, and masks Ability to work in controlled environments (cleanrooms, temperature-controlled areas) Work Environment Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with cleanroom settings Preferred Attributes Strong problem-solving skills High level of reliability and accountability Commitment to quality and compliance Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
