Anodizer 1st Shift Valence Surface Technologies, LLC•2.9 West Springfield, MA Job Details $22•$24 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance 401(k) 3% Match Health insurance Dental insurance Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Preventive maintenance Managing production or assembly teams Production optimization Hazardous waste disposal Entry level Full Job Description Essential Functions Statement(s) This is First Shift Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly Other duties as assigned
