Manufacturing Technician Support Manufacturing Operations in a Growing Radiopharmaceutical Facility On-site - Wilmington, MA (no relocation support) About Us Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma, Inc. (EZRI) is a U.S.-based, wholly owned subsidiary of Eckert & Ziegler AG, a global leader in isotope technology. We operate a radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Wilmington, Massachusetts, supporting the development and delivery of nuclear medicine worldwide. Our work spans Yttrium-90 (Y-90) production, expansion of Lutetium-177 (Lu-177) capabilities, and contract manufacturing services (CMO) for radiolabeled pharmaceuticals. We also provide and support isotope generators and analytical equipment used across nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical applications. We are focused on reliable execution, operational excellence, and high-quality delivery —ensuring our customers have the materials, equipment, and support they need to advance diagnostics and radiopharmaceutical therapies. With fewer than 50 employees, EZRI is a small, agile U.S. operation with global backing , where team members are expected to take ownership, operate with accountability, and contribute to a culture grounded in safety, quality, and professionalism . The Role We are seeking a hands-on Production Technician to support daily manufacturing operations and ensure consistent, reliable production. You will work closely with the production team and cross-functional partners (Quality, Radiation Safety, and Logistics) to support day-to-day activities. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates early in their careers who are interested in working in a regulated, high-impact manufacturing environment. This role focuses on execution, reliability, and attention to detail . No prior radiopharmaceutical experience is required—training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Production Support Prepare materials, reagents, and supplies following written procedures Support routine manufacturing activities and equipment setup Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas Materials & Glassware Handling Clean, prepare, and manage laboratory glassware and materials Handle chemicals safely, including acids and bases Support inventory organization and material availability Packaging & Logistics Assist with packaging and shipment of finished products Follow strict safety and regulatory procedures Support documentation and data entry related to production and shipments Radiation & Safety Support Perform routine radiological surveys and safety checks Support safe handling and disposal of radioactive and chemical waste Maintain safety standards, signage, and lab compliance General Operations Assist with basic equipment upkeep and maintenance activities Support documentation, recordkeeping, and SOP compliance Contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications Required 1-3 years of hands-on work experience (lab, manufacturing, or similar environment) Ability to follow written procedures and document work accurately Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Preferred (Not Required) Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field Experience in a lab, manufacturing, or regulated environment Familiarity with hazardous materials or safety procedures Compensation & Growth We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
