A Manufacturing or Production Technician works with manufacturing equipment and machinery. Performs set up and tests, monitors, adjusts and repairs machines used to produce products or other machines. Inspects equipment, troubleshoots problems with machines or designs.

THE WORK YOU WILL BE PROUD OF
You will help manufacture customized medical devices that support patient care. Every detail matters, and your work will directly contribute to getting the right product built correctly and shipped on time. Operate and monitor high-tech manufacturing equipment. Follow clear work instructions and quality procedures. Inspect small, detailed parts and identify anything that does not meet standards. Track products and document each step accurately. Prepare completed products for shipment. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Share ideas and support improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. Learn additional work areas and help train teammates as you develop.

HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
Experience in medical devices, electronics, cleanrooms, life sciences, or another regulated environment. Familiarity with
ISO, GMP, 3D
printing, or advanced manufacturing. Experience handling small components or completing detailed visual inspections.
WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES PHYSICALLY
Standing, walking, and working with your hands throughout the shift. Lifting up to 20 pounds. Viewing and reliably identifying very small, low-contrast features on parts. Working safely around manufacturing equipment and approved production materials while using required personal protective equipment.
