Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wire Cutter to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position involves operating cutting equipment to prepare wire and cable materials according to production specifications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands-on production environment, following instructions, and maintaining accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. Previous experience is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities Measure and cut wire and cable materials according to production requirements. Load materials into cutting equipment and prepare completed materials for production use. Spool, bundle, and organize wire and cable according to specifications. Complete production orders accurately based on length, size, and quantity requirements. Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues to a supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established safety procedures and workplace guidelines. Perform additional production-related duties as needed. Qualifications Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing equipment. Ability to follow workplace safety procedures. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required. No prior office software experience required. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to use hands and fingers with precision when handling materials and components. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during the workday. Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Requires visual attention to detail when working with wire and small components. Work involves repetitive and routine production tasks.
