About Us:
US Concrete Products is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a full-time, hands-on production role within a fast-paced concrete manufacturing environment. We are a family-owned company that values teamwork, accountability, safety, and long-term employee growth. Our second shift team has a strong culture built around teamwork, reliability, and consistency, and we are looking for individuals who want to contribute positively to that environment.
Schedule:
Second Shift Monday-Friday 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Support daily manufacturing and production operations Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently Package and stack finished materials Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Assist with palletizing, shrink wrapping, and material handling Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production flow Perform additional production, warehouse, and general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or labor experience is helpful but not required Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work effectively within a team environment Comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing setting Ability to communicate professionally and follow instructions Driver's license preferred for future forklift training opportunities
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift Ability to regularly lift and move materials throughout the workday Ability to work in varying indoor manufacturing conditions, including heat, dust, noise, and vibration Ability to safely perform physical job duties required throughout the workday Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
