Job Overview We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our cultivation team in Brunswick, Maine. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our post-harvest operations, where precision, consistency, and pride in your work matter most. You'll help ensure our cannabis products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care before they reach our customers. Key Responsibilities Support all post-harvest operations, including bucking, trimming, curing, packaging, and labeling. Maintain strict adherence to compliance, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times. Monitor and uphold quality standards throughout every stage of the post-harvest process. Keep the post-harvest area clean, organized, and operating efficiently. Accurately record operational steps and track inventory in compliance with state regulations. Assist the cultivation team with tasks such as watering, plant maintenance, or general support as needed. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by communicating clearly and supporting coworkers. Qualifications Previous experience in cannabis production, agriculture, or a fast-paced manufacturing/production setting preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures precisely. Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and focus. Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a team environment. Must be 21+ and able to pass all required state background checks. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move for extended periods of time. Comfortable working with your hands in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
