Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Manufacturing Process Technician! In this energized role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring efficient, high-quality processes. Your expertise will help optimize manufacturing operations, maintain safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Develop CNC manufacturing processes, develop tool paths, write process sheets Set up various CNC machine tools according to above instructions and using acquired skills in machining technology. Train operators in best machining practices Check work for proper dimensions and tolerances by using gauges, calipers, etc., and document on machine data sheet. Keep immediate work area clean and orderly. Obey all safety rules and regulations. Perform required paperwork and record keeping. Performs other duties as may be assigned by management. Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency Conduct routine inspections of machinery and production lines to identify issues early and perform basic troubleshooting Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure product quality through sampling, testing, and documentation Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments, with familiarity in machining, packaging, or materials handling preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies Experience working within CGMP standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us in driving manufacturing innovation! Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
