Job Description

Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment including pick-and-place machines, solder paste printers, and reflow ovens Load feeders, trays, and reels with electronic components Perform machine changeovers and basic programming adjustments as needed Inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) for defects and ensure quality standards are met Conduct first article inspections and verify proper component placement Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate major problems to maintenance or engineering
